Because Your Home Deserves Better Marketing

When you hire me to sell your home, you’re not just getting a sign in the yard and a listing on the MLS, you’re getting a full marketing strategy designed to make your home stand out and sell with confidence.

Selling a home is a big deal, and how it’s presented to the world matters more than ever. My approach blends strategy, storytelling, and modern marketing to attract the right buyers and create real momentum from day one.

We start by positioning your home correctly! Pricing it strategically based on market data, buyer behavior, and current demand, not just what your neighbor’s house sold for.

From there, I focus on preparation and presentation, helping you decide what’s worth doing before listing and what you can skip so you’re not overwhelmed or spending money unnecessarily.

Professional photography is non-negotiable for me & it’s the first impression your home makes, and it needs to be strong.

I also leverage video, social media, and targeted online exposure to get your home in front of buyers where they’re actually looking, not just where listings traditionally live.

Your home is marketed with intention across multiple platforms to build excitement, visibility, and urgency. Behind the scenes, I manage communication, showing activity, buyer feedback, and negotiations while keeping you informed every step of the way no guessing, no radio silence.

When I market a home, I don’t just sell the house I sell the life that comes with it. For Allie and Dan’s home, I leaned into what it’s really like to live in Westfield, showcasing local businesses, neighborhood favorites, and the everyday moments that make the area special, because buyers aren’t just choosing a floor plan they’re choosing a lifestyle.

And when I sold Trish’s home, I highlighted the experience of the space itself, sharing a quiet moment on the deck with a glass of wine to show how perfect it would be for entertaining on a Saturday evening. That’s how I approach marketing by helping buyers emotionally connect and picture themselves living there. Every home has a story, and my job is to tell it in a way that feels authentic, intentional, and impossible to scroll past.

Every home and every seller is different, which is why I don’t use cookie-cutter plans. I tailor my marketing to your home, your timeline, and your goals so you feel supported, confident, and protected throughout the process! Selling your home isn’t just about getting it sold, it’s about doing it the right way, with strategy, care, and someone who truly has your back here in Western Massachusetts.

Curious what this looks like for your home? Let’s talk.

Angie Schermerhorn

I’m Angie Schermerhorn, a Western Massachusetts Realtor with the Stephanie Salerno Team at Coldwell Banker Realty, and I help first-time homebuyers and first-time sellers feel confident every step of the way.

Most of my clients are working moms, independent women, and LGBTQ+ buyers who are doing this for the first time, buying their first home, selling their first home, or stepping into their next chapter. My job is to make the process feel clear, not scary.

I break everything down in real language, advocate hard for my clients, and don’t believe in pressure, fluff, or fear-based tactics. You’ll always know what’s happening, what your options are, and what makes the most sense for you.

Outside of real estate, I’m all about community, good coffee, and a great glass of wine. I’ve lived in Western Massachusetts my whole life, and I truly love the towns I serve and the people who make them feel like home.

Buying or selling a home is a huge move financially and emotionally and I take that responsibility seriously. I’m here to guide you, protect you, and celebrate you when you get the keys (or the check!).

What truly sets me apart is how personal I make this experience. I don’t just open doors, I build real relationships. I stay accessible, I care deeply about what this move means for your life (not just your finances), and I support you long after the paperwork is signed. My clients know they can text me the “silly” questions, the big fears, and the excited wins and I’ll always show up. I always say, “Get ready to have a friend for life.”

If you’re thinking about buying or selling your first home in Western Massachusetts and want a Realtor who’s honest, down-to-earth, and truly in your corner, I’d love to help!
