The Mini Consultation

If you’ve been thinking about buying or selling a home but haven’t reached out yet because you’re not “ready-ready,” this is for you.

My mini consultation is not a sales pitch, not a pressure filled meeting, and definitely not a commitment to anything. Think of it more like a first conversation! Relaxed, informative, and centered entirely around you.

When we meet (virtually or in person), we start with the basics: where you are right now, what you’re thinking about, and what questions are keeping you up at night. Some people are six months out, some are two years out, and some just want to know if their idea is even realistic & all of that is welcome here.

We talk about your goals, your timing, and what “home” actually looks like for you in this season of life. If you’re buying, we’ll chat about neighborhoods, budgets, the general process, and what steps make sense to take next or not take yet.

If you’re selling, we’ll talk about value, timing, preparation, and how modern marketing can work in your favor without overwhelming you. We also talk financing, expectations, and what support looks like, but always in real language and never in a way that feels intimidating. You’ll leave the mini consultation with clarity not homework, not pressure, and not a to-do list you didn’t ask for. Just a better understanding of your options and a plan that feels doable.

My goal is simple: for you to feel informed, supported, and confident enough to say, “Okay, now I know what I’m working with!” (hint: it’s me!) Whether your next step is now or later, this conversation is about helping you move forward, calmly, confidently, and with someone who genuinely cares about you and the community we call home here in Western Massachusetts.

If that sounds like the kind of real estate experience you want, the mini consultation is the perfect place to begin!

Angie Schermerhorn

I’m Angie Schermerhorn, a Western Massachusetts Realtor with the Stephanie Salerno Team at Coldwell Banker Realty, and I help first-time homebuyers and first-time sellers feel confident every step of the way.

Most of my clients are working moms, independent women, and LGBTQ+ buyers who are doing this for the first time, buying their first home, selling their first home, or stepping into their next chapter. My job is to make the process feel clear, not scary.

I break everything down in real language, advocate hard for my clients, and don’t believe in pressure, fluff, or fear-based tactics. You’ll always know what’s happening, what your options are, and what makes the most sense for you.

Outside of real estate, I’m all about community, good coffee, and a great glass of wine. I’ve lived in Western Massachusetts my whole life, and I truly love the towns I serve and the people who make them feel like home.

Buying or selling a home is a huge move financially and emotionally and I take that responsibility seriously. I’m here to guide you, protect you, and celebrate you when you get the keys (or the check!).

What truly sets me apart is how personal I make this experience. I don’t just open doors, I build real relationships. I stay accessible, I care deeply about what this move means for your life (not just your finances), and I support you long after the paperwork is signed. My clients know they can text me the “silly” questions, the big fears, and the excited wins and I’ll always show up. I always say, “Get ready to have a friend for life.”

If you’re thinking about buying or selling your first home in Western Massachusetts and want a Realtor who’s honest, down-to-earth, and truly in your corner, I’d love to help!
